In 2015, while I was stationed in Okinawa, I had the Opportunity to go to Iwo Jima and hike up mount Suribachi. I was able to pick up sand before the hike began. Most of the sand was distributed to other marines in my unit, I have a very limited quantity available. this would be the perfect gift for the Marine or WWII enthusiast/historian in your life.
